Our gift vouchers can now be redeemed in our online shop at www.wildnest.de and have no minimum order value. You will receive the voucher you ordered by email . No cash payment possible. Only one voucher can be redeemed per order. Returns will be credited back to the voucher and cannot be paid out.
The following terms and conditions apply to all Wildnest vouchers.
- Vouchers are only valid for the period stated at the time of issue. An extension of the period is not possible.
- Vouchers cannot be applied towards shipping costs or, if applicable, the costs for assembling your product.
- If the price of your order exceeds the balance of a voucher, you can make up the difference using the payment methods offered.
- For technical reasons, Wildnest can only accept one voucher per order. Customers can contact info@wildnest.de for paid vouchers. We will then convert the individual, paid vouchers into a single voucher. The total voucher can then also be redeemed in a single order.
- Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Lost, especially stolen, vouchers will not be refunded. Wildnest accepts no liability for lost vouchers.
- Wildnest reserves the right to refer to alternative payment methods in accordance with section 6.1, to refuse delivery and/or to block customer accounts if there is reasonable suspicion of misuse in connection with the use of vouchers.
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany will take place within 3 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Shipping within Germany : €4.95 including VAT per order. Shipping is free for orders over €49.
For Austria or other EU countries the shipping costs are 10,90€.
Unfortunately, deliveries to Switzerland are currently not possible.
Every return not only means additional work for you, but also puts a strain on our mother nature. In order to do something good for you and our environment, we ask you to be particularly careful when making your selection. If you decide to do so, please fill out the Fill out the return form and add it to the return.
Important: If you don't like something and want to return it, you will have to bear the cost of returning it yourself.
